 A SECRET FOR HEALTHY SKIN



Everyone is more concerned about their appearance and health. At the same time, the female side is more prone.

What you need to do get brighter skin?

 Eating fresh fruits can brighten our skin. There are fruits that brighten the skin very fast.

         Examples ÷   Papaya

  •                                 pineapple 
  •                                 Orange

Papaya

Papaya contains vitamin A, beta, carotene as well as enzymes. papain is  very good antioxidant. It removes dead skin cells and accelerates the grow of new cells. Applying papaya to the skin by eating and drinking it can increase the youthfulness and radiance of the skin.

Lemon

Drinking lemon quickly removes dark spots and brighten the skin vitamin C in causes the skin to develop pigmentations 


Banana

Bananas are high in potassium which helps maintain skin moisture and eliminates dryness. Contains vitamin A to prevent wrinkles blemishes and smooths  the skin.
